The worst experience i ever had staying in the so called “5-star hotel”. The hotel service is extremely bad. The hotel is actually separated into two buildings, one hotel and another is serviced apartment, while there is only one lobby which is located at hotel building. As we book 2-bedroom suite, so we were assigned to the serviced apartment building. It is very old and not well maintained. We book 5 rooms in total and all rooms have a mouldy smell. The aircond and toilet are not maintained which cause this issue. And we tried to reach the reception to address this matter thru room calling. But they never pick up. I wonder why do they want to put a call phone in the room if they dont even want to pick up 🙄 So i have to walk all the way from my room to the hotel building to complain about this issue. Please note that there is no covered walkway between both buildings. So it means that if you are having any emergency in your room, no one will know as the receptionist would never pick up your phone, even after multiple calling. So after to went to the reception, and ask for help, all they reverted are they are very busy but it is 530pm which is not check in and checkout time and there is no customer at the reception. The receptionist just simple dont bother about the complain. And if you asked about why is no one picking up the phone they will just say the phone is not ringing with the very bad attitude 🙃 They dont even ask which room are we from or what kind of help we need. All they do is just finding excuses. Please dont stay this hotel! 訂房網站 should have reviewed the hotel rating carefully to avoid this kind of misinformation to customers!

This the best and cheapest hotel you can find in this area. This is the 1 bedroom + 1 living room suite. Comfortable bed and pillows, Lots of pillows. Double bed large enough for you to snug in and have a good rest after a long joirney. There is a sofa setee, TV, kitchen hob / hood and mini fridge.. 2 sets of towel and soaps. 2 Toothbrush are provided just in case you forgot to bring one.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Upon entry, we found that the living room's air conditioning didn't work. We had to had until 30mins later, only then the technician came. & after all that he couldn't resolve the issue, & suggested that we should move to another room(?!) after already 45 minutes we've arrived & unpacked?!!! On top of that I had to attend a prior event, but because of this, i was an hour late! At the break of dawn, arounf 4-5am, there were noises beside our room from level 7. I thought was there buses next door. Apparently there were series of long contena trucks!!! Turned our next door neighbour is a factory. I could sleep properly until fajr, and am now feeling dizzy from lack of sleep. The kettle is another problem, because it's an old kettle & produced a very bad smell after boiling. I know, because my colleague had similar kettle like this that produced the same smell. Apparently it is very dangerous health wise so she threw it away. Furthermore, the rest room doesn't provide sleepers, whilst the rough textured floor feels dusty, uncomfortable to walk. Felt like being scammed, because in the photos, the one-bedroom king suite room looks fresh & new. In realiry, except for the bed, the rest of room deco, the aircond, the kettle, the bath tub are all very old. On top of this, for a high-rated hotel, which does not have any fans in any rooms, this is so unacceptable.

Had a staycation with my family. It was an OK experience. We got a room at the other building called the Suites Tower. It felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel. The overall feeling is that it's quite old. The beds were nice and comfy. Internet was good. Due to its size, I can imagine how hard it is for the staff to maintain. For example, there's a dry toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. One of the remotes also ran out of batteries. The aircond is not quiet. In addition, the breakfast was average for the combo price. The water pressure at the bathtub was also really slow, while the other bathroom had the strong one. If you are picky, there's a lot to pick on. Outside the hotel buildings, it's littered with road cones. If you take the wrong exit from parking, you have to go straight to the main road, no turning back into the main hotel lobby - a pain if you're checking out. Parking is also RM5 per day where you have to call frontdesk to validate. If you're lucky to get the limited car parks on the ground floor, then it's free. Location wise, you're close to Bangi's good parts. Also close to IOI City Mall. On Google Maps, it's listed as a five star hotel. I don't think I can agree with this. I'd say it's only really worth it through promos and discounts. I can't imagine myself paying full price. I got a good offer with 訂房網站 & cashback with ShopBack (my referral code is "HvdYtl"). I do think the service was ok. Bell service is available even in the other building. The employees are accommodating. Checkin & checkout was fast. There are some good things to look forward to. Just don't expect too much.

Well so far I'm satisfied with the services and facilities offered by the hotel. It was my 3rd time staying at the said hotel. I booked 2 rooms i. e deluxe 訂房網站le and King standard room. will definitely revisit in the future. recommended.

附近有mall很方便 走路就可以到達 有游泳池可以用 雖然我沒使用到 客房服務很好 有問題都可以找櫃檯 CP值很高的一家飯店 可以來試試看喔！

酒店裝修比較老了，房間設備有點舊了。泳池還可以，另加有一個單獨家庭/女士使用的小泳池。酒店內有餐廳。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tenera Suite and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The Receptionist also were helpful and answered all my question clearly even in an early morning before check out they always smile and give me a warm morning wishes bright to my whole day. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and Highly recommended!

I booked a 1-Bedroom King Suite for one night at Hotel Tenera through 訂房網站. Upon arrival, I was informed at the reception that the room I booked was fully occupied. However, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading me to an even bigger unit a 2-bedroom suite that felt like a whole house! The upgraded suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable perfect for a short getaway. Even though I didn’t get the exact room I booked, the quick upgrade and excellent customer service made the experience a pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel for its service and comfort. Would definitely stay again!
